REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

1. CONNECT WASHER HOSE ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the 7 clamps.

(b) Connect the washer hose assembly to the clamps and guide.

2. INSTALL WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

3. INSTALL HOLE PLUG

(a) Install 2 new hole plugs.

4. INSPECT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

5. ADJUST WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

Click here

6. INSTALL HOOD INSULATOR

(a) Engage the guides to install the hood insulator.

(b) Install 8 new clips.

7. INSTALL HOOD SIDE PANEL LH

(a) Engage the clips to install a new hood side panel LH.

8. INSTALL HOOD SIDE PANEL RH

HINT:

Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
