DESCRIPTION
This may occur when the intensity of telephone radio frequency was very weak, or the safety connect system has a malfunction and a DTC is set.
PROCEDURE

CHECK COMMUNICATION SERVICE CONDITION |
(a) Move the vehicle.
(1) If the vehicle is outside the communication service area, move the vehicle to a communication service area, wait for a while and perform the operation again.
OK:
Same problem does not occur.

CHECK DTC |
(a) Turn the ignition switch off.
(b) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
(c) Turn the ignition switch ON and wait for 10 seconds.
(d) Turn the Techstream on.
(e) Perform "Health Check" and check for current DTCs.
