INSTALLATION

HINT:

  • Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.
  • The following procedure is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL REAR DOOR BELT MOULDING ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the claws to install a new rear door belt moulding assembly as shown in the illustration.

Install in this Direction

(b) Remove the protective tape.

2. INSTALL REAR DOOR QUARTER WINDOW GLASS

3. INSTALL REAR DOOR GLASS RUN

4. INSTALL REAR DOOR FRAME GARNISH

5. INSTALL REAR DOOR GLASS SUB-ASSEMBLY

6. INSTALL REAR DOOR WINDOW REAR LOWER FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY

7. INSTALL REAR DOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER

8. CONNECT REAR DOOR WEATHERSTRIP

(a) Connect the rear door weatherstrip.

9. INSTALL REAR DOOR BELT SEAL

10. INSTALL REAR DOOR GLASS INNER WEATHERSTRIP

11. INSTALL REAR DOOR BELT REAR SEAL

12. INSTALL REAR DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY

13. INSTALL REAR DOOR REAR FRAME BRACKET

14. INSTALL REAR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY WITH REAR DOOR ARMREST BASE UPPER PANEL

15. INSTALL REAR DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL PLUG

16. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:

When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.
