CHECK THE CUSTOMER'S CONTRACT STATUS

(a) Check if the satellite radio and Toyota Entune contracts are valid, or if the contract period has ended using the vehicle inquiry function on TIS.

Both Contracts are valid.

Contract for Toyota Entune is not valid.

(a) Check if CAN communication system DTCs are output.

CHECK FOR DTC*

(a) Perform Health Check.

(b) Check for DTCs and note any codes that are output.

(c) Clear the DTCs.

(d) Recheck for DTCs. Try to reproduce the DTCs by simulating the conditions indicated by the DTCs.
