INSPECTION

PROCEDURE

1. INSPECT REAR SEAT INNER WITH CENTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Seat Belt Warning System)

(a) for LH:

(1) Check the resistance.

Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:

Tester Connection

Condition

Specified Condition

M32-4 (LBR+) - M32-5 (LBR-)

Rear seat belt LH unfastened

Below 1 Ω

Rear seat belt LH fastened

10 kΩ or higher

If the result is not as specified, replace the rear seat inner with center belt assembly LH.

(b) for CENTER:

(1) Check the resistance.

Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:

Specified Condition

M33-1 (CBR+) - M33-2 (CBR-)

Rear seat center belt unfastened

Below 1 Ω

Rear seat center belt fastened

10 kΩ or higher

If the result is not as specified, replace the rear seat inner with center belt assembly LH.
